Talent Coordinator:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Coordinator to join our team and network of Talent Representatives.  Candidates must have an entrepreneurial mindset and relationships in the digital Talent ecosystem.  Must be creative, savvy, clever, and resourceful, who knows how to maximize value for both the Talent and the buyer alike, and be able to balance a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.  Must also be astute in Talent management, social media marketing, and general Creator Economy trends and ecosystems. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Scouting and Representation: Assist in discovering, signing, and managing the careers of social media influencers.
  • Influencer Relations: Work daily with influencers, processing requests, managing schedules, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Brand Partnerships: Support Talent Agents in securing brand partnerships for individual talent and the agency.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about current trends in the influencer marketing space.
  • Growth Strategies: Assist in creating and implementing growth strategies for influencers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage tracking systems, client rosters, pitch decks, and financial systems for campaign payments.
  • Content Strategy: Analyze social platform algorithms and metrics to develop engaging content strategies that boost influencer engagement and revenue.

Must-Haves:

  • Understanding of Social Media and Talent Management: Possesses a foundational knowledge of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, and representation.
  • Networking: Have an existing network of social media influencers and talent.
  • Brand Partnership Experience: Experience in managing brand partnerships, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Creativity: Exhibit a creative mindset for developing content strategies and seeking new opportunities.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with influencers, agents, and internal teams.
  • Education: A university degree or college diploma, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Industry Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the entertainment industry is preferred.
