Over his 15+ year career, Jonathan has deployed and managed over $1B USD in influencer and talent investment, with leadership roles at InfluencerDB, HYPR Brands, and Platinum Rye Entertainment. He is widely recognized as an authority in the space, with features in Forbes, AdWeek, The New York Post, Digiday and more.

Damian Skoczylas is a seasoned entertainment and media executive whose career bridges the worlds of traditional Hollywood and the ever-evolving digital content landscape. With a deep focus on branded entertainment, creative dealmaking, strategic marketing, and the representation of top-tier digital-native talent, Damian brings a unique perspective that blends legacy expertise with cutting-edge digital innovation.

Prior to founding Reign Maker Talent, Damian held senior executive positions atsome of the most influential companies in digital media, including Viral Nationand The ICON Agency.

In addition to his executive leadership, Damian is committed to education andindustry development. He serves as an Associate Professor at the University ofNew Haven, where he teaches Talent Management within the Pompea College ofBusiness's Master's of Esports and Sports Management program, helping preparethe next generation of talent leaders.
