Operations Lead:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Lead to join our team and network of Talent Representatives. Candidates must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, have deep relationships within the digital Talent ecosystem, have stellar organizational skills, and be able to optimize and oversee all functions of operations (CRM, accounting, finance, legal, HR, etc.). Must be creative, savvy, clever, and experienced at balancing a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operational activities across departments to ensure seamless business performance.
- Coordinate and interface with: CRM, Training/onboarding, Finance/accounting, legal, executives, Agents, and Talent.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute short- and long-term operational strategies.
- Optimize internal systems, workflows, and processes for maximum efficiency and scalability.
- Supervise and support department leads in implementing operational goals, policies, and best practices.
- Drive cross-functional communication and serve as a bridge between strategic planning and execution.
- Light deal execution and coordination for talent deals and light scheduling for executives
- Build and maintain training materials and implementation
- Be a resource for agents, teams, and leaders through collaboration, mentorship, and learning
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and goals
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, business management, or strategic planning in the digital representation space
- Strong understanding of operational processes, systems implementation, and change management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, performance/operation metrics, and decision-making based on analytics
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional teams.
