Talent Rep (Agents/Managers):

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Agent to partner with our team and network of Talent Representatives.  Candidates must have an entrepreneurial mindset, deep relationships in the digital Talent ecosystem, stellar relationships with buyers, and a proven book of business.  Must be creative, savvy, clever, and an experienced deal maker who knows how to maximize value for both the Talent and the buyer alike, and be able to balance a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.  Must also be astute in Talent management, contract negotiation, creative dealmaking, social media marketing, brand partnerships, endorsements, and general Creator Economy trends and ecosystem.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Sign and represent digital influencers and Talent 
• Procure opportunities on behalf of your Talent roster and the roster of Reign Maker Talent
• Service, support, and build Talent businesses and Talent opportunities 
• Optimize and oversee the Talent onboarding process from prospect to signed Talent
• Understand key influencers and creator economy trends to recruit for the Talent roster and buyers 
• Create and develop strong buyer relationships and regular buyer coverage 
• Strong focus and research skills to identify market trends in real time
• Robust understanding of the creator economy landscape, monetization trends, and platform optimization techniques
• Grow a team that manages/develops/maintains relationships between influencers and buyers (brand and Agencies)
• Be a resource for agents, teams, and  leaders through collaboration, mentorship, and learning
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and goals

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in talent management/talent representation of Digital Talent and/or celebrities
• Experience representing creators across various niches
• Robust network of digital Talent, buyers, brands, agencies, and other facets of the general digital and entertainment landscapes
• Experience professionally managing brand partnerships, buyers, endorsements, and multilevel marketing/brand campaigns.
